Tasting Notes:
Our single varietal Jonagold has a nose of wild rose, bramble berry with
hints of melon and tangerine leading to an Earthly rhubarb truffle
finish in the mouth.

A faint opalescence in color leads to intense
aromatics of pineapple, Asian pear and lychee
nut on the nose. Rich tropical fruit flavors of
star fruit and key lime combined with mild
acidity provide for a lingering and refreshing
finish.

Our single varietal Granny Smith has a crisp green apple nose with hints
of honeysuckle, clover and lemon grass. It is crisp and dry with a
